Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of guided meditation. The goal is to bring our bodies to a conscious state of extreme relaxation and awareness. The benefits of Nidra have quite a wide range; from being a wonderful form of stress management & increasing emotional control - to increasing perception, intuition and mindfulness. It is also a great tool for autonomic stability. Nidra is essentially, a ‘massage’ for your central nervous system. It is also very useful for strengthening resolve - as it directly helps with receptivity to our own current & personal goals.
