Yoga Nidra is literally ‘sleep yoga’ in Hindu.
It’s a mental exercise that takes place in the mysterious borderland state between wakefulness and sleep. By maintaining awareness as you relax and your body starts to fall asleep, you can enter a profound state of consciousness – with potentially profound psychological, spiritual and physical benefits.
This class is suitable for everyone, we will do a few stretches before climbing into the warm embrace of the hammock. You will be guided through meditation and come out feeling relaxed and refreshed.
