Class Description:

In this 60-minute morning yin yoga class, we'll explore a series of gentle, meditative postures designed to target the deeper tissues of the body, including the connective tissues, joints, and organs. Through a combination of passive stretches, breathing techniques, and mindful meditation, we'll:

•  Awaken the body's energy, flexibility, and range of motion
•  Calm the mind, reducing stress and anxiety
