”Sunrise Flow Yoga” is based on a sun salutation or traditionally known as Surya Namaskar (flow of 12 poses, greeting the sun) in yoga practice. This class is designed for a light cardiovascular workout, to cultivate mind/body awareness through our breath, and a boost of energy! All levels welcomed (new to yoga or fellow yogi)! Modifications and props available for all!
